It is important to track your wallet stats to be informed how many smart contract interactions and volume you have. Some trackers offer detailed statistics about your activity. One of the best are zkFlow or Trustgo.
As you can see zkFlow can show Interactions amount, Volume, Activity period or even protcols you interacted with.
