01. First steps

Linea is a platform that allows you to scale Ethereum dapps with low gas fees, low latency and high throughput. It is fully compatible with popular tools, infrastructure and wallets, and powered by Consensys, the creator of zkEVM and MetaMask.

Because Linea is native for Metamask you dont need to add it to your wallet. It's ready to use right after you instal MM. Click dropdown list in top left corner and select Linea Mainnet.

Now you can send funds to your wallet.
