### Bridge

* Select a supported token (ETH, USDC, USDT, DAI, or MATIC) and the blockchain to which you want to send it.
* Specify the number of tokens to send. Optionally, provide a different receiving wallet address if needed.
* Click "Send," review the transaction information, and confirm the transaction in your wallet, e.g., MetaMask[1](https://coin98.net/how-to-use-hop-exchange).<br>

### Convert

* Choose whether to use the Hop Bridge or an Automated Market Maker (AMM) to convert tokens.
* For the Hop Bridge: Convert tokens from Mainnet to hToken for the chosen blockchain.
* For AMM: Convert wToken to hToken of the corresponding blockchain.
* Follow the steps in the Convert section to wrap, unwrap, and convert tokens as needed, confirming each transaction in your wallet[1](https://coin98.net/how-to-use-hop-exchange).

### Add Liquidity

* After obtaining both wToken and hToken, go to the Pool section.
* Select the token and corresponding blockchain, then specify the number of both wToken and hToken to provide.
* Click "Add Liquidity," review the transaction information, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
* Note: You can remove liquidity anytime by clicking "Remove Liquidity" in the Pool section[1](https://coin98.net/how-to-use-hop-exchange).

### Staking LP tokens

* In the Stake section, use the LP tokens you received from providing liquidity.
* Select the blockchain and pool for your LP tokens, specify the number of LP tokens to stake, and confirm the transaction in your wallet[1](https://coin98.net/how-to-use-hop-exchange).

\
In some cases, you might need to convert your Hop tokens manually in the "Convert" tab to get the native token, especially if there's no Bonder to bond your transfer and front the liquidity on the destination chain. Moreover, providing liquidity could be done via the "Convert" section using the "via Hop Bridge" option, as per another source[4](https://help.hop.exchange/hc/en-us/articles/4406095303565-What-do-I-need-in-order-to-provide-liquidity-on-Hop-#:~:text=To%20provide%20liquidity%20in%20Hop,Optimism%20via%20the%20Hop%20Bridge). If you've previously provided liquidity, the process to do so remains identical to previous assets listed on the platform.
